Die Jostabeere ist eine Kreuzung aus Ribisel und Stachelbeere. Wir verarbeiten ausschließlich die Kreuzung aus schwarzer Ribisel und Stachelbeere. Da die Jostabeere eine sehr säurestarke Beere ist, ist schon im Anriechen neben den intensiven Beerenaromen ein Anflug von Säure zu erkennen. Im Mund überrascht die Jostabeere durch ihren fruchtigen, erfrischenden Geschmack. Dieser Likör prägt durch langanhaltend intensive Säure.
